Track your transactions and activity
How to find, filter, and read every movement in and out of your account, and what each field in the detail view means.
Every movement in and out of your account is recorded in Transactions. This article covers how to find a specific one and how to read what it tells you.
Where to look
Overview
Your starting screen carries a RECENT ACTIVITY card showing your latest transaction, and a short activity list underneath. On a new account it reads No transactions yet with "Deposits and payments will show up here."
Use this for a glance. Use Transactions for anything more.
Transactions
Select Transactions in the sidebar — Activity on mobile.
Review deposits, withdrawals, and payments in one place.
This is the full record: searchable, filterable, and paginated.
Vault histories
The Vault also has dedicated views for deposits and withdrawals, with columns specific to each — Confirmations and Asset · network for deposits, transaction hash and network fee for withdrawals. Use these when you are chasing an on-chain detail.
Finding a transaction
The Transactions page gives you four controls:
Search — the field reads Search transaction ID or activity. Paste a transaction ID, or type a word from the activity description.
Transaction type — filter to one of:
- All
- Crypto deposit
- Crypto send
- Bank deposit
- Bank send
- Flexible Earn / Staking
- Referral bonus
- Internal transfer
Status — narrow to a particular state.
Date range — limit to a recent window.
Filters combine. "Crypto send" plus a status plus a date range usually finds a specific entry in one pass.
Tip. If a search returns nothing, clear the filters before assuming the transaction is missing. A stale type or status filter is the usual explanation.
Reading a transaction
Selecting any row opens the detail view as a panel over the list, so you keep your place.
| Field | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| TRANSACTION TYPE | Which of the eight kinds above this entry is |
| FIAT AMOUNT | The amount in the original currency |
| CONVERTED AMOUNT | What it became in your balance |
| TOTAL FEES | Everything deducted |
| REFERENCE | The identifier to quote when contacting support |
Always send the reference when you write in about a specific transaction. It is the single piece of information that removes the most back-and-forth.
Deposit details
A crypto deposit detail adds the deposit address, the block number, and the transaction reference, plus a status note:
- Confirmed — "Funds are available in your Fuzopay balance."
- Pending confirmation — "Your balance will update automatically after confirmation."
- Reversed — "This deposit no longer counts toward your balance."
Withdrawal details
A withdrawal detail adds the destination address, the transaction hash — shown as Not yet broadcast until it reaches the network — the network fee, and confirmations.
Once a transaction hash exists you can look it up on a block explorer and follow network-side progress yourself, independently of Fuzopay.
Statuses in plain terms
| Status | Meaning | Do you need to act? |
|---|---|---|
| Pending / processing | Accepted, not yet final | No |
| Awaiting confirmation | On-chain, waiting for enough network confirmations | No |
| Confirmed / delivered | Complete and in your balance | No |
| Reversed | A blockchain reorganisation undid the transfer | Check the sending wallet |
| Failed | The transfer did not go through | Read the message; contact support if unclear |
Pending is normal. Blockchain confirmations take as long as the network takes, and a fiat deposit passes through a partner bank first. Neither is Fuzopay being slow.
Common questions
A deposit is missing
Confirm the network first. A transfer sent on a network your Vault does not watch will never appear here, no matter how long you wait. See Supported assets and networks, then Deposit crypto into your Vault for the full checklist.
The amount is not what I expected
Open the detail view and compare FIAT AMOUNT, CONVERTED AMOUNT, and TOTAL FEES. The gap between the first two is explained by the third plus the conversion rate applied at the time. For a crypto send, the network fee is deducted in addition to what you sent.
Can I export my transactions?
There is no export control on the page today. If you need a record for accounting or tax, write to support@fuzopay.com with the date range you need.
How far back does the history go?
The full life of your account. Use the date-range filter to narrow it.
Why does my balance differ from the sum of my transactions?
Usually because a deposit is still awaiting confirmation, and so is not yet counted, or because a reversed deposit no longer counts. Check for pending and reversed entries first.
Notifications
Money movements are transaction notifications and appear on your Notifications page — for example "USD payment delivered". You can control whether they also arrive by email. See Notification preferences.
