Fuzopay LLC is the controller for customer-facing processing on the platform. Contact: support@fuzopay.com,+1 (954) 862-1400, 12555 Orange Dr, Davie, FL 33330 USA. Local representative details, where legally required, are provided on request through the same contact. We do not list a named EU representative or DPO here unless that appointment is confirmed.
Where GDPR applies, processing is tied to one or more of these bases:
- Contract — opening and running your account, Global Bank Accounts, Conversion, Deposit, Transfer, Card, Flexible Earn, and Staking.
- Legal obligation — KYC, AML, sanctions screening, record-keeping, and responding to lawful requests.
- Legitimate interests — securing the platform, preventing fraud, improving reliability, and measuring product performance, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — optional cookies or communications where consent is required. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that already happened.
- Vital interests or public interest — only if a specific case requires it, such as preventing serious harm or meeting a statutory duty.
Converting, spending, or withdrawing requires completed verification, with no exceptions. That KYC processing is a legal obligation and a contractual necessity, not an optional marketing preference.
03Personal data we process
Depending on how you use Fuzopay, this can include identity and KYC documents, selfie or liveness results, proof of address, source of funds, account and contact data, bank and virtual-account details, transaction and balance history, wallet addresses, public on-chain records, device and usage logs, cookie data, and support messages. Special-category data is not sought for marketing. Biometric or liveness results are used only for verification and fraud prevention.
- Create and maintain your account
- Issue local account details where we operate
- Execute conversion, deposit, transfer, and card activity you request
- Calculate published Flexible Earn (up to 9% APY) and Staking (up to 12% APY) positions
- Pay Refer & Earn rewards (up to $500 per referral on published tiers)
- Meet KYC, AML, and sanctions duties
- Detect abuse, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized access
- Provide Live Chat, email, and phone support
- Send service notices and, where allowed, product updates
When GDPR applies, you may request:
- Access — a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — deletion where no overriding legal duty or contract need remains
- Restriction — a temporary halt on certain processing
- Portability — a structured copy of data you provided, where the basis is contract or consent and processing is automated
- Objection — objection to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling of that kind
- Withdraw consent — for processing that relied only on consent
- Lodge a complaint — with a supervisory authority
Wallet addresses and stablecoin transactions written to a public blockchain cannot be edited or deleted, including at your request. Most other account data can typically be accessed, corrected, or deleted unless a retention law says otherwise.
06How to exercise your rights
Email support@fuzopay.com with the subject “GDPR request”, or write to 12555 Orange Dr, Davie, FL 33330 USA. Tell us which right you want to use and enough detail to find your account. We may need to verify it is you before we act. We respond within one month, or we tell you if a complex request needs more time as GDPR allows.
We will not charge a fee for a reasonable request. Repeated or manifestly unfounded requests may be refused or charged as the regulation permits.
07International transfers
Fuzopay is established in the United States. Data may be processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our banking, custody, identity, or support partners operate. Where GDPR requires a transfer tool, we use an appropriate mechanism — such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses — rather than moving data without safeguards.
We keep data only as long as needed for the account, the product you used, and the law. KYC and transaction records are kept for the period AML and financial-record rules require. Support tickets are kept long enough to resolve disputes. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent plus a short proof period. On-chain records remain on the public chain indefinitely.
09Processors and partners
Banks, payment networks, custody providers, and identity vendors may act as processors, independent controllers, or joint controllers for regulated steps. Named partners, once confirmed, are listed on Security & KYC. We do not invent bank or institutional names here. Fuzopay remains your point of contact for customer-facing requests.
Screening tools help flag sanctions matches, unusual Transfer patterns, and duplicate or fabricated referral activity. A flagged case can pause convert, spend, or withdraw until a person reviews it. You can ask for an explanation of a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and ask a person to review it, where GDPR gives you that right.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure the session. Analytics or marketing cookies, if used, run only where consent is required and given. You can change cookie choices from the Cookie Settings link in the footer, which points to the cookies section of the Privacy Policy.
Fuzopay is not offered to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, or under 21 where a product or jurisdiction requires it.
Please contact us first so we can try to fix the issue. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority — in the EEA, the authority in your country; in the United Kingdom, the ICO. Brazil users may contact the ANPD. California users may contact the CPPA or the California Attorney General.
