YOUR VAULT
Deposit crypto into your Vault
How to find your deposit address, send funds to it safely, and understand what each deposit status means.
Crypto deposits are the fastest way to fund a Fuzopay account. No identity verification is required — your deposit address is ready as soon as you sign in.
Before you begin
- An external wallet or exchange account holding the asset you want to send.
- Enough of the chain's native token to pay the network fee, if you are sending from a self-custody wallet.
- A minute to check the network. This is the one step that cannot be undone if you get it wrong.
Get your deposit address
- Open Vault from the sidebar.
- Under Deposit, select Crypto Deposit, then Deposit crypto.
- The screen reads Generating your deposit address for a few seconds, then shows Deposit USDC (or whichever asset is configured for your account).
You now see four things:
- COIN — the asset this address accepts.
- NETWORK — the standard and chain, shown as, for example,
ERC20 · Ethereum(eth). - Your deposit address — the full string, with a Copy button.
- A QR code under SCAN TO DEPOSIT, for sending from a phone wallet.
Note. The banner reads "We are trying to add more networks!" and warns that deposit addresses vary by token and network. Always read the address from this screen rather than reusing one you saved elsewhere.
Send your deposit
The screen sets out three steps under HOW IT WORKS:
1. Check the network
Choose the network shown on this screen in your sending wallet. Not a similar one. Not the default one your wallet suggests.
2. Send the asset
Paste the address, or scan the QR code with a compatible wallet. Then compare the first four and last four characters of the pasted address against the screen before confirming.
Warning. Clipboard-hijacking malware silently replaces a copied address with an attacker's. Comparing the ends takes three seconds and is the only reliable defence.
3. Wait for confirmation
Your balance updates automatically once the network confirms the transfer. Nothing to submit, no reference to quote.
Warning. Send only the displayed asset on the displayed network. Other assets or networks may result in permanent loss. See Supported assets and networks.
Deposit statuses
Track deposits in Transactions, filtered to Crypto deposit.
Pending confirmation
Waiting for additional network confirmations. Your balance will update automatically after confirmation.
The network has seen your transfer but has not yet confirmed it enough times to be considered final. This is normal and needs no action from you.
The history table shows a Confirmations column so you can watch progress. How long it takes depends entirely on the network and how busy it is — not on Fuzopay.
Confirmed
Funds are available in your Fuzopay balance.
Done. The amount is in your TOTAL USD BALANCE and available to use.
Reversed
This deposit was reversed after a blockchain reorg. This deposit no longer counts toward your balance.
Rare, and not something Fuzopay controls. A blockchain reorganisation means the network reversed a block that contained your transfer, so the transfer no longer exists on-chain. The funds return to the sending wallet on the network's side.
If this happens, check the sending wallet before resending. Contact support if the funds are not back where they started.
Deposit history
From the deposit screen, open your history to see:
- Total confirmed and Awaiting confirmation summary figures.
- A searchable table — Search by amount or date — with a filter for All deposits.
- Columns for amount, Asset · network, Confirmations, and status.
Selecting any row opens the detail view, with the deposit address, the block number, and the transaction reference. Use that reference when writing to support about a specific deposit.
Troubleshooting
My deposit has not arrived
Work through this in order:
- Check the sending wallet. Did the transfer broadcast? Do you have a transaction hash?
- Check the network. Look up your transaction hash on a block explorer for the network you used, and confirm it matches the network shown on your deposit screen. A mismatch is the most common cause.
- Check the address. Compare the destination in your sending wallet, character by character, against the address on your deposit screen.
- Check confirmations. If it is on the right network and confirming, it is simply not final yet. Watch the Confirmations column.
- Contact support with the transaction hash, the network, the amount, and the time sent.
"We couldn't generate a deposit address. Please try again."
A temporary problem creating your address. Refresh and try again. If it persists, contact support — do not send funds to any address you were shown before the error.
I sent the wrong asset or used the wrong network
Stop and read Supported assets and networks, then write to support@fuzopay.com immediately with the transaction hash. Recovery is not always possible, but the sooner we know, the better the odds.
Can I reuse my deposit address?
Yes, for the same asset on the same network. Always re-open the deposit screen and check before a large transfer, in case configuration has changed.
