YOUR VAULT
Withdraw crypto from your Vault
What you need before your first withdrawal, how the three-step flow works, and what every error message means.
Withdrawing sends funds from your Fuzopay balance to an external wallet you control. It is the one action with two separate security requirements, and it cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Before you begin
Both of these must be true. Either one missing blocks the withdrawal.
1. Identity verification approved
Your KYC status in Settings must read Verified or Verified — more information requested. Any other status blocks withdrawals.
See Identity verification, step by step.
2. Two-factor authentication enabled
The withdrawal screen states it directly:
Enable two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication is required before you can withdraw.
If it is off, the screen offers Go to account settings. Turn it on there, then return.
See Password and two-factor authentication.
You will also need:
- A destination address you control, on the network shown in the form.
- Enough balance to cover the amount plus the network fee.
Warning. Send to an address you have verified you control. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed, and Fuzopay cannot recover funds sent to the wrong place.
Make a withdrawal
Step 1 — Choose who you are sending to
Open Vault → Send → Send money.
Pick a saved recipient, or choose to send somewhere new. Three kinds of recipient exist:
| Recipient | What it is |
|---|---|
| Wallet | An external crypto address |
| Fuzopay account | Another Fuzopay user, found by their email address |
| Bank account | A payout destination — see Bank Send on the Vault |
Saving one is optional but worth it if you send regularly: "Save someone you send to often." The name you give a recipient is private — "Only you can see this name."
Sending to a Fuzopay account looks the account up by email and confirms Account found before continuing. If there is no match you will see No Fuzopay account found for this email.
Step 2 — Enter the amount
Set how much to send. The network fee is shown here, and again before you approve.
Step 3 — Confirm
Check the destination and the amount. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed, so this is the point to re-read the address rather than after.
Step 4 — Verify the send
Headed Verify this send, and this is the step to know about: a send needs two codes, not one.
Important. "Sends to an external wallet need both checks. Enter them in any order." One is a 6-digit code emailed to you, the other is your authenticator code. Signing in with two-factor authentication is not enough on its own — each send is approved separately.
Then select Approve and send.
The verification window is time-limited. If you take too long you will see "This verification window expired before both codes were entered." — start the send again; nothing has moved.
Step 5 — Progress and completion
The send is broadcast and its progress is shown, then a completion screen confirms it. Track it afterwards in Transactions.
Tracking a withdrawal
Find the entry in Transactions, filtered to Crypto send.
The detail view shows:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Destination | The address you sent to |
| Transaction hash | Reads Not yet broadcast until it reaches the network |
| Network fee | What the transfer cost |
| Confirmations | Progress toward finality on-chain |
Once the transaction hash appears, you can look it up on a block explorer to see network-side progress independently of Fuzopay.
If a withdrawal fails, the detail view says so and advises:
Contact support if this withdrawal hasn't arrived within 24 hours of being broadcast.
Error messages explained
These come from Fuzopay when a withdrawal is rejected. Each maps to a specific cause.
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Identity verification is required before withdrawing. | KYC not approved | Complete verification |
| Enable two-factor authentication in Account settings before withdrawing. | 2FA is off | Turn it on in Settings |
| This account is currently restricted from withdrawing. Contact support. | A restriction is on the account | Email support — the reason is not shown on screen |
| Enter a valid destination wallet address. | Address rejected server-side | Re-check the address and network |
| The amount is below the minimum withdrawal amount. | Under the configured minimum | Increase the amount |
| The amount doesn't cover the estimated network fee. | Fee would exceed what you are sending | Increase the amount |
| Insufficient balance for this withdrawal. | Amount plus fee exceeds your balance | Reduce the amount or deposit more |
| Withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. | A temporary system issue | Wait and retry; contact support if it persists |
Note. A minimum withdrawal amount applies, and it is set by configuration rather than being a fixed published figure. If you hit the minimum, the message tells you — increase the amount and try again.
Troubleshooting
The Withdraw button is greyed out or shows "KYC required"
Your verification is not approved. Check Settings → KYC status and see Verification statuses explained.
I am verified but still cannot withdraw
Two-factor authentication is almost certainly off. It is a separate requirement. Open Settings and switch Multi-factor authentication on.
My withdrawal is stuck at "Not yet broadcast"
It has been accepted but not yet sent to the network. This is usually brief. If it has not changed after several hours, contact support with the withdrawal reference.
It has been broadcast but has not arrived
Look up the transaction hash on a block explorer for that network. If the network shows it as confirmed, the funds have arrived at the destination address — check the receiving wallet is watching the right network and the right token. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of being broadcast, contact support.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
No. Once confirmed and broadcast, the transfer is on the blockchain and cannot be reversed by anyone. This is why the review screen asks you to check every detail.
Can I withdraw to a bank account?
Yes. Bank Send on the Vault pays out to a bank account you have added — see external crypto wallet.
