What exists today

The Cards page is already in the app — select Cards in the left sidebar, or the Cards tab at the bottom of the screen on mobile.

It currently shows a single Virtual card entry marked Coming soon, with the status Not available yet. There is nothing to request, join, or enable.

What this collection will cover

When cards ship, this collection will hold articles on:

• Requesting and activating a card
• Where a card can be used, and where it cannot
• Spending limits and how they relate to your Vault balance
• Declines: why they happen and how to fix them
• Freezing, unfreezing, and replacing a card
• Card fees
• Disputes and chargebacks

Will I be told when it launches?

Yes. Product launches are announced in the app, and you can follow the Cards page for the moment the Coming soon state changes.

Fuzopay does not publish dates for unreleased features, and this help center will not either. When it ships, this page fills in.
