Full guidance on which to use, and what to include, is in How to get support from the Fuzopay team.

Phishing works by looking almost right. Three habits defeat almost all of it.

1. Read the domain right to left. The real domain is the last part before the first single slash. fuzopay.com.secure-login.com is not Fuzopay — it is secure-login.com. Watch for:

  • extra words: fuzopay-support.com, secure-fuzopay.com
  • swapped characters: dreampane1.xyz, dreampanei.xyz
  • different endings: fuzopay.net, fuzopay.co

2. Do not follow links in unexpected messages. If an email says something happened to your account, open Fuzopay yourself and check Notifications. Genuine account events appear there. If the page is empty, the email was not real.

3. Check where you are before you type a password. Look at the address bar on the page asking for your credentials — not the page you came from.

Warning. Fuzopay will never ask for your password or recovery codes by email, phone, or chat. Never share a password, recovery code, or seed phrase with anyone, including someone who says they work for Fuzopay.

Social media

Fuzopay does not provide account support over social media, messaging apps, or community servers. Nobody who contacts you there is authorised to ask for account details, credentials, or a transfer — regardless of the name, avatar, or badge on the profile.

If someone approaches you claiming to be Fuzopay support, forward the details to support@fuzopay.com and block them.
