MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
Manage active sessions and signed-in devices
See every device signed in to your account, recognise the entries, and sign the rest out in one action.
Every device signed in to your account has a session. The Active sessions list shows all of them, and lets you end every one except the device you are using.
Open the list
Open Settings from the account menu — More on mobile.
In the Security card, find Active sessions:
Review and sign out other devices
Select Manage sessions.
Reading the list
Each entry has two lines.
The device. What Fuzopay could determine about the browser and operating system — for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on macOS. If nothing could be determined it reads Unknown device.
The caption. Up to three details, separated by ·:
| Part | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| This device | The session you are using right now. Only ever one. |
| An IP address | Where the session connected from |
| A date and time | When that session was last active |
So a typical row reads: This device · 203.0.113.42 · 14/08/2026, 09:31:07.
Note. IP addresses are approximate. Mobile networks, VPNs, and corporate networks routinely show a location far from where you actually are. An unfamiliar IP alone is not proof of a problem — an unfamiliar device is a stronger signal.
Sign out other devices
Select the option to sign out other sessions. Every session except the one you are using ends immediately, and the list refreshes.
Your current session is never ended by this. You stay signed in and stay on the page.
Sign out others when:
- You used a shared, public, or borrowed computer and did not sign out.
- You sold, gave away, or lost a phone or laptop.
- You see a device in the list you do not recognise.
- You are doing a periodic tidy-up. Doing this occasionally is good practice, not a reaction to a problem.
There is no per-session sign-out on this screen. It is all-or-nothing by design: when you are worried enough to remove one session, removing all of them is almost always the right call.
Sessions also end automatically
Three other things close sessions:
Changing your password signs out every other device. The confirmation says so: "Your password has been changed. Other devices were signed out."
Selecting Log out ends the session on that device only.
Expiry. Sessions do not last forever — 24 hours by default. Ticking Keep me signed in for 7 days at sign-in extends that to a week, which is why it is worth leaving unticked on a computer that is not yours.
If you see a device you do not recognise
Work through this in order, without stopping to investigate first.
1. Sign out other devices. Immediately. Understanding what happened can wait; ending the access cannot.
2. Change your password. Use one that is not reused anywhere else. This signs out other devices a second time, which is fine.
3. Turn on two-factor authentication if it is off. Without it, a password alone is enough for someone to sign back in. See Password and two-factor authentication.
4. Check your recent activity. Look at Transactions for anything you did not do, and Notifications for sign-ins, password changes, or 2FA changes you did not make.
5. Contact support. Email support@fuzopay.com with what you saw — the device name, the IP, the last-active time — and what you have already done.
Warning. If you responded to a message asking for your password, recovery codes, or a code from your authenticator, say so in that email. It changes what we check. Fuzopay will never ask for any of those.
Before you assume the worst
Some unfamiliar entries have ordinary explanations:
- A browser you rarely use on a computer you do use.
- An old phone you signed in on months ago and forgot.
- A work laptop signed in during setup.
- Private or incognito windows, which can appear as separate sessions.
- A VPN or mobile network placing your own session in another city or country.
Signing out other devices is harmless in all of these cases — you simply sign back in on the ones you still use. When in doubt, sign out.
Troubleshooting
The list will not load
An error message appears in place of the list. Close and reopen the dialog. If it persists, refresh the page. Your sessions are unaffected by a display problem.
Sign-out did not work
Reopen the list to confirm. If other sessions are still there, change your password instead — that ends them from a different direction.
I got signed out unexpectedly
Usually your session expired, or you changed your password on another device. Sign in again. If it keeps happening without explanation, check the list for a device you do not recognise and follow the steps above.
