Fees & Limits
What things cost, the limits on your account, and how to change them.
Limits now have a page of their own. A published fee schedule does not yet.
Your limits
Open Limits to see where you stand. Two numbers govern everything:
- Your ceiling — the maximum your account is allowed, set by verification and compliance. Some rows read "Set by your ceiling — not adjustable."
- Your caps — your own limits, which you set at or below the ceiling. By default "Your cap is your full ceiling."
The page shows per-transaction, daily and receiving limits, and tells you when sending is paused until a reset.
Setting your own caps
Set caps lets you hold yourself below your ceiling — useful as a self-imposed control.
They have to be internally consistent: "Your daily cap cannot be lower than your per-transaction cap." The page names how many need attention before it will save.
Raising your ceiling
Request a higher ceiling submits evidence to compliance.
Note. The bigger the increase, the stronger the evidence needs to be.
Accepted documents include proof of income, an employment letter, an investment statement, a crypto exchange statement, or a blockchain wallet statement.
Then it is reviewed. You may see Request under review, and "You cannot open another request yet" while one is outstanding. An approval can be partial — "Compliance approved part of your request. The new limits are already active."
If a send is refused you will see This send is over your current limit.
Fees
Still no published schedule. What you can rely on:
- Charges are shown before you confirm — the network fee appears on the send screen and again at approval.
- After the fact, open any entry in Transactions for the amount, the converted amount and total fees.
- Opening an account has no monthly fee.
