Exchange & Conversion
Converting between currencies and assets inside your account. Coming soon.
Coming soon
Coming soon.
Converting between currencies and assets from inside your account is not yet available as a self-service action.
What exists today
Conversion happens automatically on bank deposits. USD arriving at your virtual USD account is converted and added to your Fuzopay balance without you doing anything. The Vault describes it as: "Add USD by bank transfer — automatically converted to your balance."
You can see exactly what happened on any converted payment: open Transactions, select the entry, and the detail view shows the FIAT AMOUNT, the CONVERTED AMOUNT, and the TOTAL FEES.
You can estimate a conversion before committing. The Calculator on the Fuzopay website shows what an amount works out to, with the rate and fee laid out before you decide.
What this collection will cover
When self-service conversion ships, this collection will hold articles on:
- Converting between the currencies and assets held in your account
- How rates are quoted, and how long a quote holds
- Conversion fees
- Limits on conversion
- Reading a conversion on your transaction history
- Failed conversions and what happens to the funds
In the meantime
- Open and use your virtual USD account — where automatic conversion happens today
- Track your transactions and activity — read the rate and fees applied to any converted payment
- The Flexible Earn page — the estimator that replaced the standalone calculator
Will I be told when it launches?
Yes. Fuzopay does not publish dates for unreleased features, and this help center will not either. When it ships, this page fills in.
